Beautiful beach bar at Plunge Resort. You have a happy hour from 4p to 7pm each day, where selected drinks 50% discount. No food specialties during the Happy Hour. Most people here relax with a drink and enjoy the beautiful cool breeze. You can sit on one of the beautiful high stools on the wooden fence and be directly on the sandy beach or you can sit under the covered bar, away from the sun.. The bartender was nice, but rushed, as there were many people around the bar area that asked for drinks. Some people had food with their drinks. Beautiful relaxed atmosphere where you can see the ocean on one side and the hotel pool on the other side.

Great casual place with a beautiful view of the beach. The shrimp tacos were really good. The Happy Hour beers are five dollars and there are some beautiful craft options. Lynne was a big server. Our children had fun playing football on the beach while we waited for our food. We're coming back!

I found you last May at a visit! Beautiful location....food....Cocktails and nice hosts. At the end of January 2023 this time with my family from Vienna Austria. Have a wonderful new year!!!

Great relaxed bar with beautiful sea views. I had no idea backflip existed, so it's like a little hidden gem. There are not too many spots directly on the sand, and this is the biggest draw of backflip. The drinks were pretty good, and we also enjoyed the Yuccaries and Guacamole. I can't say too much about the food, because this is all we ate, but I would imagine that this is a great bar for drinks and light bites. I come here regularly!

We really enjoyed it here! Laid back atmosphere- beachfront. Never felt rushed to leave- had plenty of time to enjoy our drinks and food. Our table enjoyed the shrimp tacos, fish tacos and steak sandwich. Our server Nikki was AWESOME! I have never tried ginger beer before which was in the drink I wanted to order. She brought me out a sip to try and I loved it! Her service was above and beyond. She could’ve just tried to explain it- and I probably would’ve passed. Excellent service- food was hot and fresh. Perfectly timed throughout our visit. If your looking for a reasonable portion and some tasty food and drinks while chillin by the ocean- this is the place for you!
