Burger King - Lathrop

The service at this restaurant is poor, the prices are high for small portions, and the staff are incompetent. One employee locks the bathroom and relies on young girls to open it for customers. This is an inappropriate practice that puts the girls at risk. The management needs to address this issue. The tables and toilets are dirty and the food is cold. The management should be replaced due to their poor customer service.

Burger king sold me a dream and then this place stood on

I’m sitting in the drive-through, there are three cars in front of me, and we’ve been sitting here for over 20 minutes. I finally just turned my car off. I don’t know what they are doing in the air but they’re certainly not making any food or serving it. Don’t come here if you’re in any kind of a hurry.

Worst burger King in California!!! Very Very Very slow, way to many heavy people working there which really slows them down. Zero in my book.

Oh my goodness! The service at this restaurant is anything but fast. The employees move as slow as molasses and the place is total chaos. Despite the workers running around, nothing seems to get done. I had to wait a whole 20 minutes for my lunch. If this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, they should let customers know. There were two orders ahead of mine and they also waited 20-25 minutes. The manager needs to make sure things run smoothly and the area is clean. I usually love Burger King, but this experience has me wanting to go somewhere else. Come on, Burger King manager, do your job better.
