Smoothies were great, good customer service. Ordered a grilled cheese but the cheese wasnt melted or warm. Was a cold stack of cheese on heated bread. They remade it right for me the next time I was there. Always willing to give restaurants a 2nd go

I visited Galleria 7 Market recently and was really pleased with my experience. For those who are familiar with the area, it's the former Bowlers Club. This spot is a food court filled with fantastic locally-owned establishments. Since I'm trying to eat healthier, I chose to dine at The White Apron. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the place, as well as the incredibly friendly staff. I ordered the Verde wrap, which was prepared quickly and tasted incredibly fresh. I also discovered that they sell fresh produce—what a nice surprise! I'm looking forward to going back soon to try their salads and smoothies. Finally, fast food that’s actually good for you. Well done!
