Cozy atmosphere. This spot doesn't feel like it's located in a strip mall.

I would choose to enjoy a cappuccino here rather than experience the chaos of bombings in Ukraine. It's that amazing.

I visited this Starbucks for the first time last week after getting my hair done and before a long drive of over three hours. I was really touched by how friendly the staff were, particularly a woman named Tanya (I believe that's her name). She was incredibly kind and left a lasting impression on me. I’ve never written a review like this before, so it really means something. Her warm greeting and genuine interest in how I was doing brightened my day significantly. To top it off, my hot caramel macchiato was made perfectly, which enhanced the whole experience. I will definitely make it a point to stop by this location whenever I'm in the area. I absolutely love this Starbucks! It’s the best one around. The staff is fantastic and always helpful in finding a drink you’ll enjoy. They are incredibly kind and will gladly remake your drink if it’s not right, unlike what I’ve experienced at other locations. As a huge fan of Starbucks, I highly recommend trying the Mango Dragonfruit Refreshers if you haven't yet! If you prefer a sweeter flavor rather than a tart one, ask for it with lemonade instead of water. Be sure to visit this Starbucks in Latham for an excellent experience!

Let's face it, not every day is perfect; we all navigate life in our own ways and encounter various experiences. However, when it comes to one of my favorite things—coffee—Starbucks is usually my go-to. I've visited many, if not hundreds, of locations, and this one consistently stands out as the best. I never have to worry when I come here because I know my drinks will always be made fresh and taste the same every time! Of course, there are occasional off days with some beverages, but just like in life, not every moment is flawless. You adapt and move on. Great job, team!
