La Strettoia - LASTRA A SIGNA

Went here for an ad hoc dinner, as most of the other places nearby were closed. Definitely worth it! Great service (only Italian though), good food, and really low prices. The place itself is really charming.

Came in for a quick easy meal and got all we wanted. The owners were very friendly and patient with my very limited italian (no English menu), and catered for our daughter's request of very plain pasta. The three pizzas we got were on proper thin base with plenty of toppings. Watch out for the TNT pizza though it was proper SPICY

If you are travelling with kids and looking for a great lunch pizza place (like we were), please be aware that pizza is only served sometimes at lunch. Sadly for us we came on a Monday and the kids were hugely disappointed that there was no pizza. Nonetheless, their other food was nice, prices very reasonable, the interior authentic and the staff very nice. From the outside the house looks very unspectacular and we almost drove passed it but it is worth a visit.
