Restaurants Mcdonald's - Lasalle

One of the worst McDonalds you’d ever find with slow service and rude staff. Their service at restaurant itself is so bad that you must forget about your online orders getting right to you. This restaurant being very close to my location, i frequently order from there n times they mess up the order. No napkins, no straws and even sometimes complete different orders are delivered to me.

I had coupons delivered in the mail and I was with a nephew and we were running in a late morning and we were both hungry so we took the line of least resistance and I haven't had a McDonald's in quite a long time. I figured what the heck. We tried the one on St Jacques and for the life of me I don't know why they couldn't produce a simple receipt which is Quebec law requirement that they all give receipts at fast food windows automatically but they seem not to most of the time at least not at Tim Hortons and certainly this McDonald told me to pull over to the side they'd bring us the receipt and we waited well over minutes till I backed up into the food pick up window from where we were waiting and still it took another few minutes. That's pretty shabby. As far as the food quality went, I now remember why I'm not a big fan of McDonald's any longer. In chemistry sorry in biology they teach you the formula that goes into making a McDonald's burger are they used to, and it's definitely not appetizing to find out what parts of the cow they use. The service that the windows was quick but taking a receipt took almost minutes and the food quality was not quite food as we know it. I'm a sucker for a coupon but I want to McDonald's again..

McDonald's in LaSalle worse service ever waiting minutes for double burgers...I was a Shame.

I ordered a chicken wrap, but they gave me a bacon wrap instead. I do not eat bacon or beef due to religious reasons. Additionally, they forgot to give me the fries that were supposed to come with the combo meal. The staff was unprofessional and seemed incompetent. I believe they should be fired immediately. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

If you want fast food that is consistently average, this is the place. But an entire generation of adults who grew up on Big Macs and Quarter Pounders think this is the ultimate hamburger. I will only eat their chicken nuggets, and only when I have to.
