Senica’s Oak Ridge Golf Club

The condition of the course was excellent, especially given the drought conditions we've been experiencing. The greens rolled smoothly and had a nice amount of speed, while the fairways were lush and green!

The best spot for lunch in LaSalle County! The food and service are consistently excellent!

4.5/5 - Excellent course and clubhouse! However, I would appreciate having yardage markers on the driving range. It would be helpful to know the distances for each of my clubs.

The golf course is fantastic and well-maintained, with very reasonable pricing. However, I do have one complaint about the bar and restaurant. I usually have a tee time at 9:00 AM, and the hotdogs are never ready by 11:00 AM.

The golf course itself is quite lovely, but it's unfortunately poorly managed by a young staff member who appears to arbitrarily decide who gets to play later in the day. As a member who frequently plays at 4:30 PM, I've been told on two occasions that the course is closed, despite seeing others tee off after I arrived. The young manager mentioned that they're losing money, but that sounds like a concern for the finance department, not for me as a regular player. The staff seem more focused on getting their shift over with rather than providing a warm welcome to the members. Overall, I didn't feel very valued during my visits.
