Contribuiți la feedbackI arrived at the restaurant at 8:10 PM only to be told that they were closed. Their website stated that they were open until 12 and the lights were still on inside. The staff member was polite and willing to chat, but unfortunately refused to take my order. As I left and contacted another restaurant, I called the shop to inquire about their hours, only to be abruptly hung up on by the manager. I was not impressed by the customer service.
I really enjoy their $5 Burger Wednesdays. This restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and they even had a playground for kids. We will definitely be returning without hesitation.
Avoid this place at all costs. I can't believe it's still in business. We've had multiple bad experiences here and it only seems to get worse every time we return. I would rather go to Windsor or Walker Street than ever visit this Burger King again. During our recent visit, I ordered a 10-piece chicken nuggets and large fries (with a $3.99 voucher), along with a cheeseburger, regular fries, and chocolate milk. The cashier overcharged me at $17. Thankfully, my husband caught the mistake and urged me to double check the bill. I was charged twice for the chicken nuggets and for a large fries that was supposed to come with the coupon. When I pointed this out to the staff, they were unhelpful and directed me to the manager. The manager seemed annoyed and simply refunded me the overcharged amount of over seven dollars. This place was nearly empty, yet they still couldn't get basic orders correct. Save your money and time and dine at better restaurants in the area.
Was a regular customer, but not anymore. Years ago, I was told to always order the broiler to ensure a beautiful juicy hot burger, even more important when taking home. Today visited and ordered 4 Whopper w/Cheese Off Broiler. Yes, I understand it will take a few minutes longer and I'm ready to wait for a hot Burger vs cold. Finally, the burgers show themselves and slide into some existing burgers. Especially one who sat there for the 5 minutes I had waited. The staff first disputes that every cold burger sat there, both I and another customer say NO. Then another staff tries to say that they do not store any waiting burgers on this page. For that we say that they are wrong, as we have seen with our own eyes. Server tries to say that all burgers are marked as O/B and thus my order and left. Got home and 3 of the 4 burgers were COLD and were NOT marked as O/B. Not sure what they tried to harass me here, but no way they were Off Broiler. There was obviously a problem with the counter, but no senior member of the BK team had the problem and there was no manager in sight. You lost a regular customer today.
