Wingstop - Las Vegas

Eating was amazing ordered a 10 piece classic was the best wingstop wings I had period these youngs know how the best wing top score 110% on point does not disappoint!

My husband and I eat here every Friday or Saturday. Service has always been good and the food has always been good. Although tonight we wanted the cheese fry's and the kid I was ordering with said all that's on the cheese fry's is just cheese. Now we have ordered them many times before and they were exactly what we wanted. But we only got cheese on them this time. That's my only concern with the food. My second issue is that it seemed like all the staff had there friends hanging out making it seem a little uncomfortable.

Ordered ahead and my order was ready when I arrived. This was a first in many attempts to purchase ahead. It was clean tidy.I ordered my fries well done and they were just right. Enjoyed my experience this go around.Kid-friendliness: Family oriented. Quiet atmosphere.

Thus store is ridiculous..... they messed up our order and I spoke to Guadalupe the store manager she told me that she was going to replace our order and that I had 30 days to come in and get it. 13 days later we go in to get our replacement order and now we are told that they have no record of our messed up order. We had originally placed our for delivery and order a 20 PC boneless meal with an extra 5 wings added. Not only were we basically called liars to our face but the one girl attacked me verbally because I questioned her and demanded that she call Guadalupe. Not only am I not getting the full meal replaced like we were told but to be treated this way is absolutely ridiculous.I will be going to corporate and I will never return. I will completely bad mouth this store to everyone I know

Talk about a decline in quality, they even changed the menu to where you have no idea on the prices. You can easily be priced up this way.There is too many places near by to settle for bad business practices and to top it off they didn't have a few flavors for the wings, seriously ?
