Windy City Beefs-n-dogs - Las Vegas

I've been visiting Windy City for years, and it's consistently fantastic. For those who don't know, if your first name is on their whiteboard, you get a free hot dog with your purchase. After all these years, my name finally made the list, and I got a free Chicago Dog to accompany my double Italian beef. Both the hot dogs and the beef are always incredible. I haven't ordered fries the last two times I've been there, but they are usually delicious as well. I love that my food is served in a small brown paper bag; it really brings back memories of restaurants in Chicago. My only request is that they bring back the beer cheese!

A great experience when you take a bite of the hot dog—it’s a clear indicator of quality. Yes, I do put ketchup on my hot dog. This is a fantastic spot to visit if you're in town; it definitely has that Chicago vibe.

I ordered the Spicy Maxwell Street sausage dog and it was fantastic! It was served on a pillowy-soft poppy seed bun and topped with onions and peppers. The fries came in a small paper bag and they were just right—crispy and delicious! I can't wait to try more of their offerings. Highly recommend!
