The Original Pancake House - Las Vegas

I absolutely adore everything about this restaurant. The cheese omelette made with Gouda cheese was undoubtedly the best omelette I've ever had anywhere. I'm not exaggerating—it was that good. The chunky German potatoes had a resemblance to seasoned home fries, but they had a firmer texture, a richer potato flavor, and tasted much fresher than typical home fries.

You can't go wrong with the apple pancake. Be sure to ask for a table in Julie's section—she makes an amazing Arnold Palmer!

This is my favorite spot for breakfast. They offer a unique old-fashioned apple pancake that you won't find anywhere else. It's freshly made in a cast iron skillet and baked with loads of apples, topped with a delicious cinnamon, sugar, and butter sauce. This is by far the best—and the only place in town that serves it. I've attempted to recreate it multiple times, but I can never match the incredible taste of theirs.
