Starboard Tack - Las Vegas

Oh my goodness, where do I begin? This place is incredible! The food, the atmosphere, and the music were all spot on. My family came in from the city, and we wanted to take them out to experience Las Vegas. However, I was surprised to find that Vegas turns into a ghost town around 11 PM! I know it may not be the whole Vegas experience, but it claims to be. So, I had to search for a place that was open at 9 PM, and I’m so glad I found this one. We had the best time; we could eat and chat without anyone rushing us out. The waiter was phenomenal, and the chef did an excellent job! We’re definitely recommending this spot to our family and friends, whether they’re locals or visiting from out of town!

I've always experienced great service here. The crab rangoon dip has become my favorite dish. Honestly, there's nothing I've tried that I didn't like. The bartenders are always friendly, regardless of the day. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

The atmosphere and decor are fantastic. It feels like a mashup of Tarantino and The Big Lebowski in a tiki hut—super inviting with tons of character. And the food? Absolutely amazing! From the adobo fries to their incredible happy hour burger, everything is a winner. I didn't try the oysters, but I saw them and they looked super fresh. They even have PBR on tap and a great selection of pints. Oh, and I have to mention this—2-ply toilet paper in the bathroom! That's just impressive. Definitely come here; you won’t regret it!

As a lifelong seattle habitable until about 3 years ago, when we moved into the desert, we were delighted to find a place with solid fishing and chips. this place would also be highly rated in seattle. the fish was fresh and tasty and everything we tried was fantastic. the service was stellar and the staff really went out of the way to feel welcome and comfortable. this is our local visit and we will come back if we need some delicious seafood!

This place would be highly rated even in Seattle. The fish was fresh and delicious and everything we tried was fantastic. The service was stellar and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This is our local go-to now and we'll be back whenever we need some tasty seafood!
