We weren’t familiar with Indian, Pakistani or Persian food and were anxious to learn. The food was outstanding, fresh and recommendations spot on. Our server was intuitive upon hearing our comments about the appetizers could tell we were lightweights where spices are concerned he advised the chef as such. Our dishes were perfectly seasoned for our tastes. I’m still puzzled that only a few other people came to enjoy dinner while we were there and truly hope that it was just a fluke. Ambience was elevated with cloth table linens a live piano player.
We found this place by accident and it was FABULOUS. There is an excellent assortment of food options. Everything is prepared perfectly. The decor is amazing and the staff is very attentive and helpful. If you love Indian/Pakistani or Persian food, then Shiraz Bar and Restaurant will really please you.
Always enjoyable and an interesting combination of two different ethnic foods, Indian and Persian. We like the quiet actually a restaurant where one is able to talk at the table) and beautiful décor. Food is very tasty and good quality and our server Glen was outstanding. Ask for him. We always order Tandoori Fish even though it isn't on the menu as we don't eat meat or chicken. The chef prepares it for us. No problem. It is delicious. Also the crushed eggplant from the Indian Menu is a delicious vegetarian dish. Basmati Rice is also excellent. All in all a great dining experience.
We went for Restaurant Week in Las Vegas and the service was completely unexceptionable. The food was great but it took 2 hours for a 3 course meal. They got one of the main courses wrong.
Wonderful find menu is expansive something for everyone. We will put this place on our return list. A little worrisome that it was not more crowded.
