Saltgrass Steak House - Las Vegas

Came to have Thanksgiving dinner and it was delicious! Shared the urban cowboy $42ish) with my husband. The kids got a sirloin w fries $11) and mac n cheese with fries $7). The table shared the range rattlers appetizers $17ish) which were very tasty! Jalapeño was not too spicy, had the perfect kick to the shrimp and cheese. Our server was friendly and fast.

This restaurant offers high-quality steaks in a relaxed atmosphere, all at a great price that makes it suitable for dining daily during your stay at the Golden Nugget, if you desire. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's also a fantastic bar!

Update: we've visited a couple more times since then, and it's definitely a spot for dinner. The breakfast and lunch options aren't bad, but the dinner chef really excels at preparing the food.

We dined here twice while staying at The Golden Nugget—once for lunch and once for dinner. Each visit offered a different experience. For lunch, the restaurant was relatively quiet, and our waitress was attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. However, when we returned a couple of days later for dinner, there was a wait, so we ended up sitting at a table in the bar area. It took 20 minutes for a waitress to approach us to take our drink order, and after waiting another 10 minutes without being served, we asked a hostess about our situation.

I decided to give this place a try after experiencing it in Texas and falling in love with the service and food. We were not disappointed by Las Vegas Saltgrass. Their steaks were delicious. My husband ordered the 8 oz. ribeye and I ordered the 8 oz. sirloin; the appetizers are delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was just right. I would strongly advise you to visit this establishment and see for yourself. The service was excellent and very attentive.
