Salt Ivy – Aria – Las Vegas

I went on a birthday trip with my husband and had a wonderful experience. The Southern-style shrimp and grits were absolutely delicious, and the monkey bread was fantastic too! The ambiance was lovely, creating a nice atmosphere. The service was a bit slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy, but I would definitely recommend this place!

I had the Dutch Baby Pancake and the classic three eggs prepared any style for breakfast. To start with, I found the classic egg breakfast to be quite bland; it could have used some greens or something colorful to enhance the presentation. As for the Dutch Baby Pancake, unfortunately, it didn't suit our taste—it tasted different from what we've had at other places. On a positive note, the coffee was good, and the green machine juice was enjoyable as well. Customer service and ambiance were both satisfactory too.

This place was fantastic! The atmosphere, the food—everything was just right. We were seated in the outdoor area, which was beautiful. I highly recommend having brunch here if you're in Vegas. Be sure to try the banana brûlée waffle and the grits! The Dutch baby pancake was great too, but the shrimp and grits completely wowed me.

Overall a pretty good restaurant with a great outdoor ambiance but be prepared to wait for long lines. we waited for around 1.5h before being seated as a party of 9 and ended up being seated at 3 different tables. outdoor patio has great vibes esp on a sunny day service was friendly and sociable but hard to find. smoked salmon bagel: great presentation, everything was deconstructed so you essentially build your own. the smoked salmon was good but a little toosalty. the bagel was below average and too tough. but loved the fried capers!

First time experience at this restaurant. Came for breakfast, seating at a beautiful outdoor setting. Sadi was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable of the menu, gave us great ideas for things to do after our breakfast, very upbeat and she personalized our experience. Highly RECOMMENDED and will definitely comeback again.
