Ron's Steakhouse - Arizona Charlie's Decatur

The service was satisfactory, but I was let down by the poor quality of the $30 cut of meat I ordered. Adding to my disappointment, I was seated next to a family with a noisy and disruptive child. Throughout my meal, I could hear employees discussing personal matters in the background, and the hostess was inattentive. Despite being a frequent customer, I do not intend to return after this experience. My bill amounted to $55, and I had to endure these unpleasant conditions. When I addressed my concerns with the F&B Supervisor, he showed no interest in resolving them.

This restaurant is truly outstanding! There were three of us dining, and we all ordered the New York Strip steak. The steaks were cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly; the chef really knows how to prepare steak. We also tried the Baked Mac and Cheese, which looked amazing in the pictures. While it was a bit bland and could have used more salt, it did not disappoint. The staff, from the hostess to our waiter Andy and the bussing staff, were all extremely attentive, receiving high marks for service. What impressed us the most was the lack of crowds; it felt like we had the place to ourselves, even though there was a party a few booths away. The restaurant is a bit expensive for a local spot, but it is definitely worth the price. In my opinion, you receive a high-quality dining experience at a reasonable cost. Based on my experience, I would say this is one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas. It is definitely worth a visit to see for yourself.

First time dining here. Wonderful meal and our server Maggie was fantastic. All-in-all great experience and we will definitely return!

Very disappointed with this last visit have eaten at Ron's many times over the past years (for both family celebrations like birthdays and even had a large party in the private room one Thanksgiving) and was excited about being able to take two out-of-town friends there. It just wasn't the same. In the past, I always felt like a special guest and everyone (including the former hostess) made sure I (and any guests) felt at home. No one ever came by to ask how we were enjoying our meal. The waiter was good but not great. Food was acceptable but no out-of-this-world as I remember. Disappointed that they no longer offered table side Caesar salad preparation. Based on this last experience, I will, more than likely, not return again. Sorry to see this restaurant go down hill like this. Too bad. It was once a great place.

They have made changes that don't sit well with us, no more discount with card unless you use points to pay, no more stuffed mushrooms, no more Halibut.....we will move on. Sorry Ron.
