Rally's - Las Vegas

On one of those nights whether you have the munchies, drunken munchies or just plain late night hunger. I decided to get Rally's. It was open late and easy to get to. They had a two for $12 dollar big Buford combo which includes two double burgers, two fries and two drinks. Not bad for the price. It was pretty decent fast food. I recommend trying the big Buford. It's pretty good especially for a quick bite to eat.

At the window, I presented my coupon, but it was unbelievable when she attempted to scan it and claimed it didn't work. She insisted I had already used it, despite having received the coupon in an email just four days prior. In my experience, this restaurant has some of the rudest managers I've ever encountered, with little to no customer service skills. Eventually, she managed to get the coupon to scan. I requested that my sandwich not be cooked too darkly, but rather kept lightly golden for better chewability. She responded, "The sandwich is fine." I questioned if she had been there on the day I visited. The staff were either rude or simply clueless. I believe her name was Marlena, though she might have said Maria. It's hard to say—there seems to be a pattern of rude, careless management here. They really need to implement secret shopper evaluations for their staff who interact with customers. After eating, I experienced stomach discomfort. It's frustrating to deal with such disrespectful employees, and I truly wish I could speak to someone who would listen and understand, not just the young girl at the window, who was very sweet. Instead, it was another Maria or Marlena—go figure! I plan to post pictures and attempt to get in touch with someone who actually cares this time, if anyone does. This has been the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had. Initially, I completed my survey, ordered a large drink, and requested my free sandwich. The manager, refusing to share her name, simply stated "go for here" and then slammed the window, threatening to call the police when I asked her for assistance. She screamed the name Maria, but without a name tag, I can't be sure she was telling the truth. I've used that coupon before, and even though they still had my $20 from a previous visit, the manager acted bizarrely. In the end, the cashier returned my money. It’s ridiculous. I advise everyone to steer clear of this place. There’s no need for fast food when you can find better options elsewhere. I'm uncomfortable with someone like Maria handling food, and honestly, she might have even lied about her name. I absolutely expect an apology for this experience.

I appreciate that they stay open late. The fries were delicious, and the burger had a fantastic flavor too!

The fries are outstanding! They surpass those at most other fast food restaurants. I highly recommend it, especially if you don’t mind waiting a bit.

I don't eat here enough but one of my fav places, most staff is excellent, good is usually very good. They can't control the neighborhood so I decided not to sing the atmosphere
