Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Pick up food and no toasts . Sad for this service. Curiosity, if you order extra toast they charge you

Always fast with their orders and the food tastes better than some other locations for some reason. Fries are crunchy and fresh, chicken is tender and well breaded, the texas toast is well buttered. Wait time is usually 3-5 minutes and drive thru is like 6-10 minutes waiting in line. Overall this location is 10/10. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

This Cane's location is the worst in history, with the worst staff in history. I just left the drive-thru at 12:15 am and tried to order a 3 finger combo. When I asked for my food to be hot and fresh, someone in the background rudely yelled that it's always fresh. This unprofessional behavior made me immediately leave. If a customer makes a simple request, it should be honored. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow. In the meantime, I will go to In-N-Out. Kevin was the on-duty shift manager, by the way.

I recently had another amazing 5-star experience at Raising Canes. Dennis at the counter provided excellent service with a smile. The delicious food and exceptional customer service always keep me coming back. A big thank you to Dennis for making my visit so memorable.
