Port Of Subs - Las Vegas

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I was impressed by how clean and fast everything was. I was in a rush but the location and service were both excellent. I definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Amazing experience. They are a bit expensive, but I wanted to make sure everyone knows.

I always enjoy a fantastic sandwich at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh.

Customer service was great, they really made our sandwiches with love and care.

Well, for the first time in all my years of coming to Port of Subs on Eastern north of Serene, I thought the service was below average. Its 1830 hours and i just departed. It is July 15th.There were 2 employees there, a male and a female. The male was his usual affable self. However the female didplayed a non-caring attitude.The female’s name was Karia. She was so “dull”. She had no personality, no joy, no friendliness, but she did display an attitude of, “I don’t wanna be here”. I tried to strike up light conversation but it was to no avail. I received one word answers.As a customer I expect a little bit more in interpersonal skills. Karia should remember-that she is in a service oriented profession. People come because of the service. Additionally, if there aren’t any customers you won’t have employment!Having a bad day, or having a headache, or whatever is no excuse. Ive been there and I venture to say the majority of us have!
