Polaris Street Cafe - Las Vegas

Fantastic dining spot! Don't be put off by the exterior—it’s wonderful inside! The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is exceptional. I dined there on a Monday morning and recommended it to my friends from Montana, who visited Tuesday morning. They absolutely loved it! Our waitress, Priscilla, was incredible—she went above and beyond!

This place may be local and cute but be prepared …. It takes FOREVER to get your food. Only a few people working the kitchen. Took almost 45 minutes to get food. Very limited server presence.

Delicious breakfast spot! The staff was very friendly as well.

Looks like it use to be a gas station but the food tastes AMAZING! Highly recommend!
