OpenTable accepted the reservation which the hostess saw in the system but the restaurant closes AT 9p and the kitchen closes at 8p!?!? So why was a 9p reservation accepted by OpenTable, and then why did the actual restaurant not contact me to let me know they close at the reservation time. In fact! I had to text the restaurant host listed because they did not answer their phone as I needed to add a 9th person to a party of 8–so there was opportunity for them to let me know and no mention of this early closing time when they replied to modify the reservation manually. Additionally the hostess at the podium had a stank attitude and condescending demeanor and for what? We went to Kassi’s Beach House for stellar service and will not ever return to this joke of a business.

14$ for a beer. 19$ for chicken wings. If this is what you’re offering then nobody will go.

Sports bar? no not really. It is a LOUD music blaring bar with lots of large TV's with sports that you cannot hear seating is awkward and spread out not great views where you sit in uncomfortable furniture. If you like loud loud music while watching sports this is the bar for you

What a horrible experience. We were told they don’t use Open Table and it shouldn’t have let me book a reservation. What???
