Mi Casa Grill Cantina - Las Vegas

Went to the Silverton for the LV Craft Fair and went to Mi Casa with a friend for brunch. We both ordered the Machaca Chilequiles. We were served by Amelia who was awesome. She gave my friend a mini taster of posole when she heard her asking what it was. Our meal was preceded with chips and two kinds of salsa and refried bean dip. Delicious-all three. Our meal arrived and not only was it a huge portion but it was excellent. The meat was so tender, great cheese, beans, and eggs cooked perfectly to order. Our meal was delightful. Decor is Mexican ambiance with comfortable booths and tables. Very reasonable pricing for the quality and amount.
