Manzo Eataly At Park Mgm - Las Vegas

We had a terrible experience. we were there for hours and never got our food. we were too late for the bad service to our show. we spent for small portions and bad service. we will not eat here again.

Overall was disappointed in this experience. not recommended for large groups!

Servers couldn’t keep the table correct. Group of asked for checks to be separated by couples. Completely messed up the whole process. We all had to separate our times and each add our own amounts to their handheld machines. Completely lost control and the calculations were off with tax and tip. Steaks are held in a nice age fridge and cooked in a cool way, but temps were inaccurate and then they are sliced which then cools these large cuts very quickly. Makes for a nice presentation but not great for actual dining. Grilled octopus was amazing. Bread was cool, warm would have been better. Steak was ok. Tender nice cut, but the char was just ok and salt was minimal. Pasta was great. Hit and miss. Eataly is awesome however.

Eating is great as well as the service, but the noise level was so loud that I only felt screaming to communicate.

Our first time food and service was great. We loved the celebrity chef morimoto.
