La Playita Restaurant - Las Vegas

The food is delicious and the customer service is top notch!! I ordered the seafood soup and the seafood cocktail which were delightful and had just enough spice. The shrimp tacos were also delicious!! I would recommend all of these.

The food is authentic and the restaurant is very clean, even the restrooms. Best campechana cocktail I’ve tasted in Vegas. The octopus and shrimp were very clean. It tasted very fresh. The last time we went in the service was not the greatest. The waitress seemed to be in a rush and wasn’t very approachable. We had questions about some dishes and she just referred us back to the menu. To top it off, we realized that they charge gratuity. I was furious because there was only 4 of us in our party. The food was tasty like always but the service was not great. Most places charge gratuity for large parties which is understandable. Also, most restaurants will tell you before hand that the tip is already included and they didn’t. The waitress was tentative but she should also focus on her tone of voice and customer service. If we do go back, it’ll be for takeout.

So far the best menudo I've experienced. Would highly recommend...

First Time Here With Family, Waiting Time Is Not The Best. Menudo Had a Great Taste Just Too Salty. Their Service Has Great Quality Employees. Their Approach and Work Ethics Is Just Great. Fresh Waters Also Great To Enjoy. Location Is In a Decent Location Just Wish They Had Someone Testing The Food Quality and Taste Before Serving. Over All I Would Still Come Back As Family Time Is Great Just Wish We Had a Better Food Taste. But Their Service Made Up For The Rest.
