Contribuiți la feedbackI had high expectations when I walked into this place, having dined at their location in Seattle, Washington. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet the same standard. The service was decent, with mini robots delivering drinks and sushi arriving directly at the table. However, the sushi itself left much to be desired. Despite coming in during lunchtime, the slices of sushi were disappointingly thin and of lower quality compared to other sushi places. Additionally, the sushi rice kept falling apart. It was somewhat of a letdown, and perhaps we visited on an off day or during an unusual time.
The food’s amazing and there’s just something fun about the conveyor belts. Very tempting to keep on ordering or grabbing more food!
I have been 3 times now. The 1st time, the service was AWESOME. There was an explanation on how the process works. The other times it was every person for themselves and good luck. The food was delicious, and the concept is ideal for me. You are also able to order plates instead of waiting for them to float past you on the conveyor belt.
It seems like the sushi is on a diet. The portions of sushi seem to be half of what it used to be. You are literally eating a mouth full of rice and the thinnest layer of sushi on top of it that I have ever seen. Because of this, the food does not taste good unless you like white rice for $4 a plate for 2 pieces..... I'd rather they raise the price, which they have already before, and give the right fish to rice portion. Never coming back here again.
Tasty conveyor belt sushi! They even have a robot that brings you your drinks. Pretty neat place, you just grab what you want off the conveyor belt and feed the plates into the machine. It counts them, if you eat 15 plates you get a free toy! You can also order from the touchpad and another robot will bring you your food. The sushi is tastier and has better variety than Sapporo, but also a bit more expensive. My wife and I ate for about 30/person, no alcohol
