To add to the frustration, their website wouldn’t load. When I asked for WiFi to see if that would help, they couldn’t provide it despite having TWO networks. I’ve never witnessed so many unhappy diners in one place. That night, they had two food trains delivering to the entire restaurant. So, if a table ordered a lot (which they did), you could end up waiting 20 minutes to receive just 3 out of the 8 plates you ordered. After 20 minutes of waiting, you might get to eat just 6 pieces, and to make matters worse, they charge about $4 per plate. That’s $32 for 8 plates (with only 2 pieces on each plate). This place is a poor excuse for a sushi restaurant, and the owner seems too high-and-mighty to heed customer complaints or listen to staff concerns. Lastly, the quality of the food didn’t justify the $4 per plate price tag either. The ingredients weren’t fresh, and there was very little variety. If you’re looking for a better experience, head down to Chinatown and visit Sapporo for sushi you can actually get from the belt—and at a cheaper price! Honestly, even Kura Sushi would have been a better choice. The owner should pay more attention to their servers, as their grace and composure during a busy dinner rush is what saved this restaurant from total disaster!

We visited for my birthday and arrived just in time for happy hour! There was a fantastic selection of happy hour dishes, along with some additional options. The food was high quality, the rolls were delightful, and the staff were very friendly. I also loved that my food was delivered to me via train!

We took our son here for lunch after picking him up from school and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We come here all the time. They have the best happy hour prices and get great quality and service is consistently well delivered. The staff is friendly and they accommodate food allergies seamlessly. That's the reason why this is the place we go.

Happy hour was perfect! $2 most things, small 2or3 pieces, and yummy! $30 for 2 with no alcohol. Staff super nice and helpful. Excellent small mean.
