Jimmy John's - Las Vegas

I live quite far from this place, about a 20-minute drive. I called ahead to confirm that I could buy just a loaf of bread. However, when I reached the drive-thru, the young lady told me, unfortunately, she couldn’t sell me the bread because there was no car in front of me or behind me. I mentioned that I had called beforehand, and she seemed very irritated, saying, “Yes, my coworker said that without asking me first.” I wasn't asking for a free item or a discount; I simply wanted to buy a loaf of bread at full price. I find it disappointing that customer service was not better, especially considering I'm a nearby resident.

Ok worked in the opposite, took lunch and stumbled on this place. the three of us ordered .2 double cheese burger w/fries 1 ,18pcs chicken wing hot.3 large drinks. there was a young girl who worked behind the counter and made everything cook to take it was pleasant professional and got our food very fast. I am 60 years old was in the restaurant business for 30 years and my family had two restaurants that I was introduced years ago in a restaurant magazine and written by food critics many paints and I am here to tell them that was the best double cheeseburger the best French fries and the best chicken wings I had ever felt both of my coworkers at the bottom that there was nothing to say!

Here for late lunch early dinner. very friendly staff, place looked clean. that sandwich wasn't really what I expected. I was asked if I wanted to be, and I said no and I did it anyway. I asked for avacado and got a small smear on the cheese, so could not take off the cheese without losing the avacado. the brot was tasteless and no choice. not very impressed by eating. I'm sorry.

Was good we ordered through the app showed up like 5 minutes later and they had our sandwiched done quick.

Fresh baked bread daily. LIES!!!! Ordered a sandwich to go. Did'nt start eating my sandwhich till i was far away from the establishment. The bread was soooo hard. It wasn't fresh nor made that day. The sandwhich was'nt edible. If i ever visit a different store i will eat inside in order to send my food back and ask for my money. Subway or CAPRIOTTI'S would of been a better choice!
