Javier's - Las Vegas

The food was amazing! We got a variety of drinks and they were all amazing. The food was wonderful; and abundant. They offer free chips and salsa. The salsa has a bit of a kick to it but tasted great. We also got a variety of desserts, they were all delicious but I will warn you the guava cheesecake is more...pumpkin pie consistency? Still wonderful!

Is Javier?s good? Somewhat Would I go back? Likely not Why? For the price you pay, I expected to be wowed. I wasn?t. I had the soft tacos and the hard tacos. Soft tacos were really good. Hard tacos were dry and not a lot of flavour and Portions are small. My recommendation if you want Mexican, save your money, get bigger portions with a better flavour profile by going to Gonzalez Y Gonzalez in NYNY

The service was good, and the salsa and margaritas were delicious. Very flavorful. The rest of the food was okay. The tuna ceviche was fine but you could tell it had been marinating all day and it was very bland. No one at the table was very impressed with their meal. I would totally recommend for a drink and an appetizer, but won?t be back for dinner. Also, it was very dark and loud, even for an early dinner reservation. Keep in mind they will not split checks for large parties. They will divide the total by up to four cards. Something to plan for if going with a large group!

Welcome to the world famous Javier's! We visit Vegas 2 to 3 times per year and we always come to Javier's every single time. The drinks are exquisite and the menu items are remarkable. This is by far our favorite restaurant in Vegas. Located in the Aria, it provides an incredible high end dining experience. You will not regret making reservations. Top notch dining experience every single time we visit! BRAVO!

Enjoyed a wonderfully delicious meal at Javier's. The place was packed, bar was a bit backed up with our first round of drinks, but all in all, was a great night. Service was on point, food very tasty, and the drinks hit just the right note. The fried ice cream and tres leches cake were super good!
