Eating was regular jack in the box, but the kerl in register made his own rules, regardless of how to make orders, and he could take care less about any secret menu

It's worth the gas to drive to the next one, no matter what night you go they will not give you a receipt or the right food. Food is cold and just honestly save your money.

We only ordered 2 items. Curly fries mini pancakes. They still managed to forget the SRYUP....and this is why i always regret going to these places. The masks must be cutting off circulation to their brains at this point.

Fast service most days. Friendly staff. Drive thru only. Since covid the dining has not been open, but I wouldn't eat in there if it was open, cause there's alot of vagrants and homeless begging for money. Not a good part of town with the plasma blood place, the out patient rehab and bus stop near by, it attracts alot of low skuzz and homeless.

I inderstand that most companies are short staffed, but when you waiting in a drive thru the least staff can do is acknowledge you and ask you to be patient. I said excuse me, hello, is anyone working, all with no response. So we pulled to the window and there are two people just looking. After a minute ESTEFANI decides to open the window. I asked her if there was a problem with the speaker and could they not hear me, she gave me a blank look and said, What, did you order? I asked her again if she could hear and again blank look. I asked for the manager and she said I don 't think she 's in today and shuts the window. Here attitude is a prime example why things are they way they are in the world. I recommend this staff takes a Customer Service training very soon as this is not the first time staff has been this rude.
