Ihop - Las Vegas

We had an incredible waitress named Britney at this restaurant. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and we received excellent service.

One of the worst experiences at an ihop in a long time. eating left much to wish and service was neglected. orange juice, which should be premium, was spilled. chocolate chip pancakes were dry and tasteless. had to ask for each sirup, because pancakes were not served with any. also had to ask for butter that should come on the pancake. at least the turkey sandwich and tweepering rings of my wife were good, so 2 stars instead of one.

Eating took super long and everything was tasteless. I went to other ihops and I was always satisfied, this has missed its brand big time. will not come back, they will save their money and time.

Good meal. good service. everything was made on request. service and eating were delivered in a short time.

You want good food and great customer service, please come and see Miguel! His vibe just makes you want to smile. With so many angry people in this world its amazing the spirit and kindness he has! We can all use more people like him in this world!!
