Fat Choy - Las Vegas

First time visiting Fat Choy today. Carla was so kind and patient, food was excellent and fresh. Tried the tofu bao, teriyaki shrimp, and mac salad. ?? definitely will be back, will recommend to friends. Nicely done.

CARLA and GABE gave me great service my first time here. This is surely a hidden gem and I'll be back soon!

Wanted an Asian style breakfast, and being in Vegas this is a 24hr town, apparently not at Fat Choy, the pictures on the website and reviews look fantastic. However when we got there at 10am, a host yelled across the room sit anywhere I tried to order hot green tea, a staple in any Asian restaurant, theyre out. They hand us menus and it 's breakfast only. As in pancakes eggs and such. No Asian food. Fat Choy? There was not even a regular sized Choy in the joint. Skip it if you 're craving Asian in the AM and just hit up Chinatown.

The food was excellent. I had the short rib grilled cheese and a pork belly bao. Delicious!
