El Pollo Loco - Las Vegas

Terrible experience with the app and online ordering! I placed my order online as usual, and it was confirmed for pickup at the location. However, I was met with rudeness from the staff. They claimed they never received my order, and when I sought assistance, they were too busy to help. I called customer service, and while I was charged for my order, it took 72 hours to address the issue. Even the general manager was unhelpful and unfriendly. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ended up waiting there for 30 minutes, and not a single employee seemed to care. It's clear that their attitude reflects poor leadership.

The service at this restaurant has declined significantly. You have to request salsa? No napkins provided? The cashiers have a bad attitude! The pollen bowl was the messiest I've ever seen! This place is in my neighborhood, but it really disappoints.

This situation happened again, and not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they were also quite rude about it. At one point, the man even asked if I always scream when I’m unhappy. I genuinely love their food, but I have dietary restrictions that limit what I can eat from their menu, which often leads to wasted money because their managers won’t process refunds—only the corporate office can handle that. It seems like we’ve learned our lesson, but it’s frustrating that it feels like our concerns aren’t taken seriously by anyone who would actually listen.

I found a worm in my broccoli. So they can't wash their food before they cook. Disgusting.

I like El Pollo Loco they have good food, but I wish the made chilaquiles with meatless plant-food, soychorizo, and veggie tacos with green sauce. I use to go to this Mexican restaurant right across the street from my job in California and the Husband Wife would make them just as I like them.?
