Dietary restrictions: I do not like spicy hot food, and they were very careful to make sure that I did not get anything that even have black pepper on it. So greatly appreciated! Definitely one of the best steak houses I've been too. Top notch service, and an amazing selection of food. I started with the lobster bisque. The presentation was top notch, but I've definitely had better bisque from other restaurants. This dish was the only underwhelming part if my whole experience here. Lacked flavor and lobster. Things became exponentially better from there. Next I had the wagyu tartar with caviar. Melt in your mouth good, and I highly recommend you get a little bit of everything when taking a bite. All the flavors come together so well. For the entrée I had their prized Australian wagyu strip loin that is hard to put into words just how good it was. So rich and buttery, and the perfect amount of tender. I opted for the truffle butter on top, and had the roasted jalapeños on the side to spice up a bite here and there. (If you've never had jalapeños with your steak, I recommend giving it a try). Also, do not neglect the roasted garlic they give you. Put a clove on one of your bites, and go to heaven for just a minute. I had the sautéed mushrooms for my side that were cooked perfectly. Had a good meaty consistency, and a nice buttery flavor to them. My friend had the asparagus that was really good with the fire roasted lemon drizzled on top. For dessert I had the creme brulee, and again, the presentation was top notch. Nice crunchy top, and good vanilla custard. I would eat here again and again. Highly recommend giving them a try if you're craving a good steak in a fine dining setting. We decided to eat at the Edge Steakhouse for our first night in Vegas. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating the entire night. Our glasses of water were filled all night and they periodically checked in on us during our meal. We first started off with our Lobster Bisque. It was pretty good, lacked a ton of lobsters and was a bit small if you ask me for spending $20. We then indulged in the Filet Mignon, which was again very good. It was slightly more on the medium well side but the truffle butter was a great compliment. The creamed spinach was good if you like it thick, creamy and cheesy. The truffle Mac and cheese was so good and was devoured. We then finished it off with the flaming crème brûlée cheesecake. Both were absolutely delicious. The raspberry puree was an excellent complement to the cheesecake. Overall I would definitely recommend eating here. Met the poster man in the advertisements. Real cool dude. Makes the Dos Equis Man look like a ruffian. My steak was exquisite, and the creme brulee was to die for.
