Dutch Bros Coffee - Las Vegas

The staff member informed me that I would need to pay extra to have a full cup of tea, despite having already paid for two large drinks. I explained my request five times, but she continued to respond the same way and even claimed she couldn't hear me. When you spend your money, you expect to receive your food or drink the way you want it. Ultimately, I had to downgrade my order just to get a cup filled with tea.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros! I just wish there was one nearby in San Diego. Whenever I'm in Las Vegas, I make it a point to stop by daily for a blended Caramelizer.

This place is fantastic! First of all, Trevor was amazing. Even in the heat of the sun, he was incredibly kind and attentive to everyone in line, along with his coworker (I didn’t catch her name). He recommended a new and incredibly refreshing drink that I loved! I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and can’t wait to come back!

Once we finally received our drinks, I noticed they were only partially filled. It seemed like they interpreted "light ice" as meaning the drink didn’t need to be filled to the top. This wouldn’t have been a problem if that’s what I had ordered, but it wasn’t. I tried to address the issue, but regrettably, I ran out of time to have it fixed since we were already in line until 10:30. The long wait seemed to be due to the lone attendant who, judging by her errors, appeared to be quite new, causing delays for everyone at the window. I hope this is just an isolated incident and not representative of the usual service at this location.

This place has quickly become one of my favorite coffee spots, and it was my first time visiting! I ordered an Annihilator (some of their drink names are delightfully bold, and I absolutely love it) along with a few beverages for my friends. I had heard that Dutch Bros was good, but I was truly impressed by just how amazing it was after trying it today! The service was excellent, and it offered great value too!
