I experienced the worst customer service today by jennifer, who was told to me, is the layer manager. she was very rude when she talked to me in a very aggressive ton and told me I came out of the line when my order was not ready. I apologised for being wise when she went on to scream again and tell me I'm going back to the line. my client, whom I noticed together with a customer behind me in the line, how respectful her ton was for me from no reason. the guy behind me went too, because he didn't feel as comfortable as she talked to me and said he didn't want to spend his money there. my mandant was very upset and told her that she doesn't have to be so rude for a paying customer. she got angry, made more comments and then stormed on the back. her associate apologised in her name and even told us that the normal behavior was from her. they also suggested that I write this review. someone like this should not be in the leadership position. I'm sure the others agree.
I wanted to get some tacos on Friday night and was visited by the judy who had excellent customer service, although it was super busy, I got my eating super fast with a smile on her face and eating was incredibly well recommended 100%!
The food is in the average. it is much overpriced I got a bowl with steak and sweet and a drink $15. I'm going to the caffe rio or chipotle.
Today Christ helped me; he was attentive, because he had a little clean up to change his gloves, but this lady remained in the middle of the ordered track. he made sure that she acknowledges her if she was ready to order; She wasn't clear because she had another conversation with her friend. christain was fast, friendly and helpful! I would hire him at my job if I could. eat well as usual! highly recommended!
Check your receipts! we were overcharged and it was obvious it was either done on purpose or they realized it and tried to hide it. because we were not given a receipt when others were. then when I pointed it out, there was no apology. only resentment that I caught it. sometimes strange going on there!I followed this brand since the beginning in California and am disappointed in what has become of it. I actually made the trip to the palms just to have this for lunch and then was ripped off by the employees. very very sad!
