Chipotle Mexican Grill - Las Vegas

Eating is great. a bit tasty and not too high on the calorie. the service could be better. I was wondering at a point if he would collect the rice and throw it back, it was everywhere, keep it clean, please. And smiles cost nothing to smile. food: 5/5

Average place that has a big place when you select her meat, they tap the spoon on the pan to reduce the portion size that I accept, based on a 4oz serve, after which hahn out of the spoon, they have the half of the meat, that is about 2 ounces, at this point they ask for additional meat for which they charge. So they pay extra for what they should already have! I stopped visiting this establishment, I worked in food service for over 20 years, this business practice is unacceptable! the customer to cheat on the portion size is deterrent! I don't want my business anymore!

I visited the location on 7175 lake mead in las vegas, nevada. the restaurant is always busy, and there are always only about 2 people working, so this time I decided to order online, and get it! the owner (maria) is very rude and lacking customer service skills! I have placed an order online, and they have provided the wrong order when it was picked up. I had to reload, and maria refused to make my order again, or refund me! She was very defensiw and she told me to go online, and submit a complaining (it was no matter that I had to reload) she could not even offer an excuse for my inconvenience! beyond that, I didn't see maria throwing away the article that I returned; instead, she took him back with her, as she argued with me. I wouldn't be surprised if she sold the article I returned. I will never return to this!

I am not one to leave a bad review but I had to. I was excited to try the new steak they have and ordered delivery, I ordered light rice n light beans knowing they give you the same amount for reg meat. Buuuuut they literally gave me 5 pieces of meat. The doordash delivery was on time and the driver very nice and polite but for the first time the food was not acceptable.

Health Hazard By far the worst and most disgusting chipotle I've ever been too. The service is terrible, everyone seems upset and mad, and worst of all annoyed that they're working. The gentlemen in glasses and longer hair, was extremely rude and upset that he had to do his job. There was food floating in the sour cream and it was out and I asked for some and he was annoyed he had to get more sour cream. The counters were disgusting. With food stains everywhere. This needs to go to corporate and they need to send someone down to fix this place. It's a health hazard with the food and the place is not clean at all. This place needs to be reported and investigated.
