Chipotle Mexican Grill - Las Vegas

Regular chipotle experience. this time the service was not the best and the food was cold food: 3/5

I visited most chipotles in the city several times. so far, this is one of the worst. each time the service was less than stellar or exceptionally bad. once they don't even have paper in their paper printer! more than once, I ended up with tears containing pieces that were rock hard. also, every time I left, the ingredients were on the small side. once I tried to stop here in their posted business hours, but they were closed out of any reason. that was good after the worst pandemic disorders.

Good food, good people and good atmosphere. it was busy when we were there, but they ended our order super fast. food: 5/5

Came in and ordered my food and the Chinese girl who took my order seemed so upset and she was rude, I tried to talk to her what was going on my bowl and she wondered to hear. I order a double chicken with double rice and did not get it. also they complained about the manager who was in service on the morning, she said that she did not place correctly order and now she had to deal with it. very unprofessional on her part, that is the second time that I am wearing these Chinese. I think the management should retrain them to customer service. she gave a group of girls free eating where she waited in the restaurant just that the line was clear so no one would say anything.

What can you say, well I'll tell you what my son told me it's not Mexican food a few years ago I believe him till Coronavirus in 2020 , let me tell you could not ask for a better burrito guacamole, sour cream , Pico de Gallo , lettuce grill peppers with choice of rice brown or white , pinto beans or black beans hot red salsa delicious , it's a little hot so test it to your taste , your meats Chicken , Beef , meatless Chorizo , Barbacoa , Pork Carnitas . It's a great place to get a bite I would rather go here than many other Mexican food places I also bought my son's a burrito in that time , my son's did say wow dad it's really good I told him it might have been the ingredients I asked for . My dad own a restaurant in Oxnard many moons ago so yes I know Mexican food .
