Chili's Grill - Las Vegas

I had a great dinner here with my family. our server was mackenzie, loved his personality and he was very patient and respectful when it came to take our order because we were not sure some elements on the menu. was surprised about the portions of the food for the price. Overall I was satisfied with my visit here and would dinate here in the future.

They were incredibly short employees during our visit on October 10, 2022, but that did not prevent them from providing excellent services. the food was served hot and tasty and we never had to wait for refills for drinks or other requests. I would have been impressed by her friendliness and efficiency, even if I hadn't known that they were only short-occupied.

Went here with low expectations, knowing how Chilis is nowadays I wasn’t expecting much. But now I think this is the last time I’ll be going, First it took about 5-10 min just to be acknowledged. We got our appetizer about a min before the entree, our wings were not hot at all and didn’t look right. One of my family members entrees was cold and our waiter “Angel” actually suggested to put it in the microwave. My jawed dropped real low. Then once we received it, it was so hot and tasted funny. To top this all off the waiter was already talking about the check when we were ordering dessert. Finally our table stayed dirty without anybody taking our plates. Like what? 1/5 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND

After being disappointed all the surrounding restaurants around me I decided to come in on a Saturday night I was a tad iffy. But decided to still go in the customer service was A1. My waitress was Nina she did an amazing job as far as service. Overall all I'm definitely coming back. This is the first Chili's I've been too since I moved down from Cali. Definitely coming back. Thanks Chili Team. Keep up the great work!

Servers were on side by Togo on their phone and were not checking in with our table Very bad service.
