Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Las Vegas

We visit this restaurant frequently and typically have a great experience. We usually come late at night when it's less crowded. Our favorites are the sweet pork burrito enchilada style with extra cheese and their horchata. My child particularly enjoys their salad. During our last visit, one of the staff members was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I deducted one star due to the lady at the food preparation area who wasn’t very personable and seemed irritated when we asked for extra meat. Overall, we had a pleasant visit and will definitely return.

I absolutely love Cafe Rio! Their sweet pork barbacoa burrito is phenomenal! I went there with my whole family, and we had a great time. My wife ordered a large salad, while my oldest daughter chose the nachos. My son went for a chicken burrito, and my youngest daughter picked a kid's cheese quesadilla. Everyone was happy with their choices.

Wow! It took quite a while for us to place our order, as you wait in line and order your food while they prepare it. But OH WOW! It was definitely worth the wait. The handmade tortillas were fantastic, and the flavors were spot-on. The chips and salsa were also delicious—really good. I will definitely be going back!

Fresh ingredients coupled with homemade tortillas makes this place a winner. Staff is usually friendly and efficient, the restaurant is clean, and the food quality consistent.

P.S.: I appreciate that the owner responds to reviews, but it would have a greater positive impact if the replies weren’t all standard responses. After I received a reply to this review, I realized it lacked authenticity and began to notice that many other responses were quite similar, almost like carbon copies of each other.
