Feeling disappointed, I approached the hotel desk to voice my concerns. Shortly after, I found myself surrounded by security personnel. At no point did I leave my seat or cause any disturbances. My wife, sensing the tension, asked why we were being treated this way. Unfortunately, the manager on duty decided to evict us that night in response to her remarks, leaving me, my wife, and our 13-year-old daughter out on the street. The area surrounding the property is not safe, resembling more of a ghetto than a welcoming resort. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere on the strip and avoiding this establishment at all costs. They clearly do not value their guests.

At first this place was alright then I reserved a room upon reservation i was told that i had ti check out which i did not understand why when speaking with a supervisor they informed me that they made the reservation for the wrong day, but informed me that i still had to check out i was very appalled by this not only did i have to check out management did not even bother to correct the situation or even comp my room/reservation this is by far not what i expected especially when i have paid my working hard money to make sure that my room was secured this is unacceptable not only that i was told that i will not be getting my full refund but only a portion if nothing has happened or i do nit receive a call about this matter i will resort to legal implications for the full refund and other funds to me having to pay extra money for another hotel my lively hood safety, and not being able to work successfully due to this matter

The rooms vary each time some are newer some are not so I get the room assigned when I get there deal cause it's cheapest but I've also stayed in a couple newer nice ones. My point is that boulder is great with customer service and prices and they got good food and the machines are decent too. I enjoy it here.

Went the Boiler restaurant and Matt is amazing! Food was so delicious and the rest of the supporting servers were so kind and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Rooms are okay. Beds AND pillows are super firm. My wife and I woke up from a relatively sleepless night stiff and sore. Stayed because of a power outage at our home in 112° weather. Reservation number closes at 10pm and special rates are not available at the check in desk. Very frustrating.
