Bomb Tacos - Las Vegas

This trendy taco bar in downtown Las Vegas has new owners who have done a remodeling and changed the name to Santos Guisados Tacos Bier. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We tried the asada nachos, crispy brisket tacos, and shrimp tacos. The small and cozy dining room also has a beer and wine bar. Support this local business and try their tacos!

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Fremont area. If you're in the mood for crunchy and juicy brisket tacos, this is the place for you. On a Saturday night, there weren't many people there, which was good for a quiet atmosphere, but not so good for business. The location may not be the best, and two tacos cost $12. The ambiance and flavors were top-notch. However, the elderly man working behind the counter was not well-suited for the restaurant. He struggled to understand English and the menu, and handling money and communication was a bit difficult. Despite this, I will definitely come back because the tacos were amazing.
