Blue Ribbon Sushi Grill Red Rock Resort

We occasionally eat at blue ribbon. it is good eating, but definitiw overpriced for decent sushi. not the best in las vegas on any wise, but it does the job. the best on the menu, funny enough, is the fried chicken.

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our visit! See you again.

The food is is always excellent. My young boys love the Wagyu burger and my husband and I love the chirashi. Our server, Jennifer, is amazing!

The miso soup and spicy tuna on crispy rice was the best of both i have ever had. I eat Japanese food and sushi all of the country and this was by far the best. The miso was the perfect temperature and saltiness and full of flavor. The ratio of spicy tuna to crispy rice was also outstanding. My husband and I can not wait to go back! Our waited told us that they are building one at GVR which is across the street from our house, so we are excited! Highly recommend!

We had a secluded table near the front and was great for us to be able to talk. We have sat all over and enjoyed each. Just a vibrant place and the staff are amazing. Sushi and Sashimi were made with high quality fish, yummy. It’s our favorite date night b4 going dancing. We have never had a bad or so so meal here.
