Arawan Thai Bistro And Dessert

I absolutely love this place! The food was incredible, and the service was fantastic! We enjoyed the lunch specials, which included soup and dessert! We left feeling incredibly happy and satisfied. This restaurant truly deserves all of its 5-star reviews!

Here are some highlights from our amazing meal: 1. The Ahi Tuna Larb was a fantastic twist on the classic Thai larb salad. It featured incredibly fresh tuna, bright lime, cilantro, fresh onions, and mint. I highly recommend it. 2. All of the curry dishes were outstanding. The Massaman curry was sweet with just the right amount of spice, complemented beautifully by the fatty short rib. The green curry delivered more heat and was loaded with veggies, while the yellow curry struck a nice balance between sweet and spicy. 3. The Arawan Pad Thai was a delightful mix of sweet and savory, enhanced by fish sauce and lime juice, with tender chicken and shrimp. The egg lattice on top added a lovely touch. 4. Oh my goodness, the Thai steak salad was so fresh, zesty, and vibrant, especially with the fresh mint. The dressing perfectly cut through the rich fat of the steak, which was cooked to a perfect medium rare. This is a must-try! 5. If you’re debating whether to order the whole catfish, do yourself a favor and go for it. The outside was incredibly crispy while the inside was soft and tender, without any of the sliminess often associated with poorly cooked catfish. The empty plate was a sure sign of our enjoyment! We had a mountain of food! You'd think we would have been stuffed, right? WRONG! We ended up ordering one of everything on the dessert menu, and it was an excellent choice. The coconut ice cream was superb, and the banana crepe was surprisingly complex—gooey, soft, sweet, and crispy, perfectly complemented by the Thai iced tea ice cream. The coconut rice with mango was just the right amount of sweetness, making it absolutely delightful. The mango ice cream was the cherry on top of an incredible meal.

This is the best Thai restaurant in town! I've been here twice. Last time, I tried the duck noodles, and they were amazing! Today, I had the Arawan prawn pad Thai, which was also so delicious! I can't wait to come back again!

Did a google search “Best Pad Thai Noodles in LV, Nv” and got ‘Arawan Thai Bistro’. And the results are incredible!!! This dish has a delicate netting made from Eggs!! Amazing!! Ordered this mild but Chili powder on side.. yes I am a wimp!! Butlove it! It is the I have ever had!!. Calvin Ogawa

The chicken satay is likely the best we’ve ever tasted, served with an incredible house-made peanut sauce. We also tried the Panang curry, which, while delicious, was a bit thin and almost soup-like in consistency.
