Amalfi Caesars Palace Las Vegas

From the beginning to the end, the experience was first class! Food was amazing. Black bass is a must. The sides were delicious. Desert was so good that we had to order more. Laura was our server and she is great!! She helped a party of 6 find out the menu and enjoy a great dinner!!

Was always a meat and potato type, my wife is the seafood. I say that to preface that I am not the “Fancy food” guy of our marriage. We received a gift for dinner for 2 and decided to save it for her birthday. There are not enough good things I can say about our entire experience. From the moment we went, we were greeted by friendly staff, an amazing restaurant visually and overall great atmosphere. Immediately welcomed by the staff for water. Our waiter introduced himself and was informed about the entire menu of the details. Pretty sure he sold me a ketchup pool he was good with. We have the chance to meet the General Manager JP, Absolute Class Act, who has a bit of the restaurant's history as well as the many charity organizations with which their employees work, including 3-square, one of our favorites here on site. We ordered two appetizers, the Fritta-Mutto and Auberginen-Fleischbällchen. Nothing to start phenomenal. The pesto that came with the fritta misto was worth his weight in gold. All available fish are displayed in the back of the restaurant, with the staff there to explain any fish including taste, fat content and fakiness. I'm not a fish. The woman got the one that started with B. I got the fillet and crispy potatoes. After inhalation, which I can only call one of the largest fillets I have ever tried, the woman convinced me to try the fish. It was amazing how everything else was brought to the table by the incredible staff. I'm not a fish guy, but this place could turn me. We had a show to catch so could not stay for Dessert what I regret after I heard about the Tiramisu, but take solace in Knowing that we live here and plan to return to my own birthday with a larger group. Kudos to JP and the entire staff for a meal we will not forget soon. If you live here and haven't been, you'll come down there. If you don't live here, don't miss it.
