Alder Birch Cocktails Dining

Our waiter, Drew, was superb. Lamb chops were devine. Shrimp Scampi was a little 'dry '. Wine was excellent.

Alder Birch came highly recommended to us by a few of our friends, The food was amazing, the staff was Awesome, and the restaurant was Beautiful! My steak was one of the best that I've ever had, it was better than my own, which is very hard to find. The roasted corn, brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes were out of this world. Get the stacked tuna nachos for an appetizer, you won't be disappointed!

Service was phenomenal. Food was delicious from appetizers (which were plentiful, main dish and dessert. The bartender makes the best chocolate martini that I've ever had.

04/21/2022 We finally were able to come back to this fabulous restaurant. Still has great service and fantastic food. It's a hidden gem off the strip. Great prime rib and scallops. Wonderful service and a quiet atmosphere. Made for a lovely evening with my hubbie. EDIT: I have now tried their chicken, shrimp and fish. All have been wonderful. My husband still loves their prime rib special. The Prime Rib is a great price and comes with salad and baked potato. The other dishes come with an assortment of vegetable sides as well. Highly Recommend!

The ribeye steak at the restaurant was delicious and flavorful. However, the oysters from the West coast were disappointing, almost bad. We were really looking forward to having oysters. The Blackberry martini and Basil martini were both excellent. The sautéed brussel sprouts with onions and pecans had good flavor but were a bit mushy, possibly because they were overcrowded in the pan and steamed instead of caramelized. The service was good, but it was a slow Tuesday night.
