Vegas Vegan Eatery - Las Vegas Strip

I've had a wide spectrum of vegan cuisine, and each has a category of vegan it falls into. This is a brunch fast food vegan. The entrees are re-imagined menu items from other restaurants and the sides steal the show. Impossible meats and blended tofu are the options, but the curry kale and potatoe salad are 10/10. I felt rushed, so I took a few pastries to go and those were great as well Recomend the blueberry bar.

I was sad to see when I went that they only do pick up orders. I drove all the way from Henderson.

Not open to the public anymore even though Google shows it's open until 6pm. We drove from far to eat there and saw the locked gate.

Be aware: it's currently only for Pick up or delivery. We wanted to eat there, but it was closed for the public
