Illy Caffé - Las Vegas Strip

Worst food I've ever had in Las Vegas. The breakfast sandwich was bland, to say the least. The bagel wasn't even a real bagel. More like a flatbread. The crêpes were doughy and undercooked with The cheapest of deli ham. Save your money

Terrible service. A Gelato place that doesn’t offer a taste? What is that? They don’t trust their product? If I taste I will never want it??? Never saw that before. I’m not risking placing an order to find out that it is too sweet or that it tastes like soap.

Banal food but the cashier is very rude. Doesn’t worth the hassle and risk ruining your vacation here

Gelato was good although the price difference between small and medium didn’t justify the size difference. I liked pistachio and Italian cookie

Overpriced flavourless gelato. Process is broken between ordering gelato and getting gelato. The guy scooping is disconnected from the till, and thought he was doing us a favour when we asked for our additional (paid for) scoop. No doubt it looks great from the window, but it lacks flavour and tastes watered down.
