Einstein Bros. Bagels - Las Vegas Strip

After 5 hours on the road up to Vegas, we got to enjoy some breakfast at Einstein Bros. Bagels right when they opened. Very friendly staff, close to the strip but off a few side streets.

Bagel was fairly fresh, though the explanation to first time customers should be worked on overall taste was better than average

I really enjoy the farmhouse bagel sandwich. One of the best because their bagels aren't hard like some other places I've been to. Although I would have like to have more meat added on. The protein seemed super thin, but I still liked it overall.

Great place for breakfast. Quick friendly service and the food is delicious.

I guess I walked in after the door was supposed to be locked in and the employee was not happy about it and cussed during his interaction with me while in the store. It was the taller white dude. The other guy was very pleasant.
