Dairy Queen Grill Chill

The guy who made my Chicken Tenders put hair in my food I never had issues with this place before but this leaves me terribly disgusted it was long and a light color how gross

Completely messed up my order through door dash and wouldn’t fix or refund me.

We each had the special which was very good. One was the hamburger, French fries, Sundae and a drink. The other was chicken strips, French fries, Sundae and a drink, all for $15. So it was a good deal meal.

So far away from my house but after my brain tumor MRI I think I deserved a blizzard

I normally love Dairy Queen. The dessert part of it. I have visited many locations. I love to order a large cup like a blizzard with just ice cream and pecans in the middle and on top. I have been do this for years. I was very disappointed to step into this location see the guy stop cleaning the trash to come to the counter to assist my nephew and myself. He yawned right in our faces. He did not cover his mouth. I ordered the Alaskan Fish Sandwich, which I never order food. I was surprised he did not know what I was talking about. I pointed him towards the advertisement in the window. I asked if they had the orange sherbet type ice cream that is advertised on tv. He said no. I proceeded to order what the cup with ice cream and pecans. He called a thin girl with long wavy black hair. She had tattoos on her left forearm nearly to her wrist. She charged me for what I wanted. I also ordered a chocolate shake and a fudge Sunday.This girl came from around the counter with a blizzard in her hand she slid it to me and told me we do not make what you want. I told her I have come in this particular location many times leaving with that order. I asked her if I may have a lid. She threw the lid at me. I was shocked. She went behind the counter on the side where the desserts are made. She kept looking up and down I did not take my eyes off of her. The customer service at this location on a Sunday at 5pm is awful. My recommendations is beware of the thin girl with the long wavy hair. She is working with customer's food. Her hair is not in a net. Her behavior does not represent the Dairy Queen employees that I am use to. Dairy Queen really needs to take a close look at this location
