Charleys Cheesesteaks - Las Vegas Strip

Absolutely terrible too many other good options out there to go

Not sure what time you open. Online says 11, but no lights or anything. Overheard one employee who came out say you open at 11:30, but again online says 11. Maybe get this cleared up. I love Charleys, but my last few experiences here have been less than pleasant. It seems the employees don't want to work and are upset when you ask them to fix a mistake.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The normally good sandwich was absolutely disgusting. The grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned all week. The employees acted like it was my idea for them to come in for work. If I ever go back, I'll look to see who's behind the counter before I order.

Made an order based on a recommendation; we had Philly cheese steak, chicken teriyaki, classic wings, mozzarella sticks and and different beverages! My expectations were higher than I thought but it was satisfying!

Really slow on December 17The employees kept talking an making people wait forever for service an their food sloppy job smh we waited almost 2 hours for service and another hour for our food I had to eat before getting gifts for familyI told my husband next time if it's like this I'm never eating their again idc about how good it is I'm not wasting time waiting for people to do their job talk on your own time smh
